Don't forget choose a good name if you want optimize your site in Search Engines. Try google ad word tool
For example if you are writing about affiliate marketing, try to make your site's name very relevant to it. For mine its http://tksam-internetmarketing.blogspot.com/
After you choose an available good name it will prompt a page where full of blog templates. Choose a good one for you.
4) After you hit Continue it will prompt...
Your Blog has been created.
That's it.
